architecture is frozen music

I've already learned that we are not weak just because our heart feels so heavy. I've already knew that we never can trust people. Don't ever fall for sweet words but fall for efforts. Always give the best because no one who gave their best ever regreted it. If someone knock you down, forgive then ignore him/her. But never forget what they did to you. You are different, you are special, you are you. Be original. Keep your faith, be patient and do not feed your anger, it will swallow your light. Stand up, Stand out, Stand tall.

I've had the kind of bad day that no quote can fix. My whole life I've been trying to make the complicated simple. It's creativity if I made it awesomely simple because making the simple complicated is commonplace. Arguing things that we don't really need to be argued is stressing. Prophet Muhammad SAW said, 'I will guarantee a house at the base of heaven for those who leave the debate even though he is on the right side.' At this point, I've came to a 'whatever happens, happens' mindset. I'm no longer going to force things. I'm doing my best, start letting go and allowing blessings to flow. Allah has a plan and I'm exactly where He wants me right now. Allah never fails to help. Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil, ni'mal maula wa ni'man nashir.

At some point, I think we all just get tired of the lies told. We are pushing ourselves into isolation.  And I can't stop wondering why someone love you and lie to you over and over again. It just doesn't make any sense.  Lies kill relationships no matter how careful you are you will get caught. I can't find out what's worse, people who lie or people who think I'm stupid enough to believe their lies. I don't say I always right or I'm a good man. But I don't do stupid things no more.  I often see 'the punishment' to someone who did me wrong. And may Allah give kaffarah to all who mean to others.  Let go let God. Hasbunallah wani'mal wakil ni'mal maula wani'man nasir.

Love is the other name of respect. If you can’t respect your loved one, then you don’t deserve to be loved. And do not love the one who can’t respect you.

Here's the thing about people with good hearts. They give you excuses when you don't explain yourself. They accept apologies you don't give. They see the best in you when you don't need them to. At your worst, they lift you up even if it means putting their priorities aside. The word 'busy' does not exist in their dictionary. They make time even when you don't. And you wonder why they're the most sensitive people. You wonder why they're the most caring people. You wonder why they are willing to give so much of themselves with no expectation in return. You wonder why their existence is not so essential to your well-being. It's because they don't make you work hard for the attention they give you. They accept the love they think they've earned and you accept the love you think you're entitled to. Let me tell you something. Fear the day when a good heart gives up on you. Our skies don't become gray out of no where. Our sunshine does ...

Later, I learned (again) that you can't even trust someone you put your heart on or someone close to you. No matter how hard you convince yourself to deny that someone won't lie or tell the truth. Someone who think about your feeling won't do anything that put you to the limit of your anger. If you're 'up' is easy someone to be around but when you're 'down' you will finally see that someone will disrespect you and 'call' for another guy. Yes, that's life and absolutely not mine. Two faces, betrayal and backstabbing. Be wise on choosing who your friends are. Be sure on who you trusting your heart into. Love your self.

Just another self reminder. Life must have a meaning. It's not about winning or making a lot of money. It's about struggle and keep on fighting. I've been living a quite hard life. I've deceived, betrayed, stabbed in the back, left alone, drowned. Yes I've dropped and down. But I was created to be a fighter. I never lose friends because those who do evil to me and others is never so my friend from the beginning. And since I have so many inventory of forgiveness, for those who have done evil (to me), tell me what you regret later.

Yang lelah dipuja seperti meminta dicela.. Yang sepenuh hati dibela seakan ingin dicerca.. Yang hanya nampak sekilas semakin terlihat jelas.. Bukan manusia kalau tidak pernah terjebak hal fana.. Ketika semua upaya yang baik sudah tiba di ujung jalan.. Apakah harus semua yang jahat meniti jalan pulang menuju tempat berangkat? Hitam dan putih berseteru dan keyakinan selalu menjadi pemenangnya.. Bahwa karma akan selalu sampai pada alamatnya.. 

For the umpteenth time I try to arrange my life's journey in a blog. I actually have several times tried to document them into a writing and pictures, b ut somehow never ends well. This time I tried to make it more serious, although time constraints remains an obstacle that most haunted me in compiling this blog in the future. But at least, I have decided to start again. Regarding the tittle of the blog "architecture is frozen music" I choose because these two things are very representing my life. I'm not ashamed to introduce myself as an architect or a drummer for a jazz band in the city I live. In addition, architecture and music have a lot in common in many ways. Like reading the opinions of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe "Architecture is frozen music", he thought that really there is something in this, the tone of mind produced by architecture approaches the effect of music. Maybe someday I will complete this "Intro", w hile waiting for me...
