RESPECT

Love is the other name of respect. If you can’t respect your loved one, then you don’t deserve to be loved. And do not love the one who can’t respect you.

BE THE ONE

Here's the thing about people with good hearts. They give you excuses when you don't explain yourself. They accept apologies you don't give. They see the best in you when you don't need them to. At your worst, they lift you up even if it means putting their priorities aside. The word 'busy' does not exist in their dictionary. They make time even when you don't. And you wonder why they're the most sensitive people. You wonder why they're the most caring people. You wonder why they are willing to give so much of themselves with no expectation in return. You wonder why their existence is not so essential to your well-being. It's because they don't make you work hard for the attention they give you. They accept the love they think they've earned and you accept the love you think you're entitled to. Let me tell you something. Fear the day when a good heart gives up on you. Our skies don't become gray out of no where. Our sunshine does ...

THE TESTIMONI

I love his thoughts.. Personally, I joined Loenpia Jazz for 3 years out of my passion in music show. I have been wanting to be involved in a music show and Allah SWT gave me the chance to join a music festival. Alhamdulillah. I learn, make more friends and bonds and I get connections too. I don't ask and I don't actually look for connections but it came to me as my relationship with Loenpia Jazz develops. I don't know if I'm allowed to say 'my relationship with LJ develops', I mean more like with the awesome people behind Loenpia Jazz every single year. I honestly never think I will do anything for Semarang.  I spent 21 years of my 24, living in this city. Though my love for Cimahi is bigger but I can't help to feel offensed when someone said Semarang is shitty or whatever haha and I kinda proud to say that I gave (very) tiny bit contribution for Semarang through Loenpia Jazz. Bravo, Mas Bagus! Bravo, Jazz Ngisorringin! Bravo, Loenpia Jazz! ...

SCHEME OF LOENPIA JAZZ 2017

So many bitter things we experienced during 2016. Whatever had happened, it was a very valuable lesson that is worth learning to do some improvement in 2017. Ranging from the smallest detail to the most basic framework. To anticipate problems that may arise, we create scheme as an evaluation of the scheme which has been used in managing Loenpia Jazz over the last 5 years. A wise man will not fall on the same hole. And yes, we continue to learn. The Scheme of Loenpia Jazz 2012 - 2016 The New Scheme of Loenpia Jazz (2017) Lastly, don't ask what your city and local government could give. Ask yourself what have you been doing along the way for the city and brings benefit to many people.

TALK IS CHEAP AND TRUST IS EARNED

Later, I learned (again) that you can't even trust someone you put your heart on or someone close to you. No matter how hard you convince yourself to deny that someone won't lie or tell the truth. Someone who think about your feeling won't do anything that put you to the limit of your anger. If you're 'up' is easy someone to be around but when you're 'down' you will finally see that someone will disrespect you and 'call' for another guy. Yes, that's life and absolutely not mine. Two faces, betrayal and backstabbing. Be wise on choosing who your friends are. Be sure on who you trusting your heart into. Love your self.

DEVELOPING SEMARANG CITY OF JAZZ WITH LOENPIA JAZZ

When an idealism began to compromise with many things, that's where the guts and maturity began in the test. It has been became a risk of a movement or an organization when it starts climbed to a higher level than before. And also has become a character of some people to gossip about the success of a movement for some reason, either envy or want to become personally famous. Not to mention the people in the organization itself that stole the opportunity to tell to all parties that this achievement is the result of his/her personal hard work not a team work. But generally, we are hand in hand building the same dream because every personal surely has their own goal. About three years ago, I gave a concept to synergize the activities of the three parties, government, private and community. So many various ways adopted to achieve this concept. For example is taking the locations of activities that have a historical value to the city. Aims to gain community pride and make them aware...
