FOURTH ANNIVERSARY JAZZMBENSENEN YOGYAKARTA

Some time ago, me and some friends get the opportunity to represent JAZZNGiSORiNGiN Semarang attended the birthday of Jazzmbensenen community Yogyakarta. Jazzmbensenen community is a group of artists, musicians and jazz enthusiasts in the city of Yogyakarta, which has long been engaged in positive activities in introducing jazz music to public in a simple and communicative way. On 23 December 2013, they celebrated their fourth anniversary in Bentara Budaya.

We went from Semarang consists of Anto (keyboard player), Kunyik (bass player), Baruch (saxophone player), Gatot (guitar player/vocals), Katryn (vocals) and me (drum player). Our presence to Yogyakarta is to appreciate what had been done by Jazmbensenen community which I think is consistent and in tune with what we have been doing in Semarang.

SCHEME OF LOENPIA JAZZ 2017

So many bitter things we experienced during 2016. Whatever had happened, it was a very valuable lesson that is worth learning to do some improvement in 2017. Ranging from the smallest detail to the most basic framework. To anticipate problems that may arise, we create scheme as an evaluation of the scheme which has been used in managing Loenpia Jazz over the last 5 years. A wise man will not fall on the same hole.
